Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Tripzuu (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
The Service
Tripzuu is a travel planning tool for organising trips, maps, notes, and related content. It is provided as-is for personal planning. Flight times, maps, validation hints, and similar features are aids only — always confirm details with airlines, hotels, and official sources before you travel.
Your account
- Provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ trips or disrupt the Service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trip content you enter. You grant JetStream Labs a limited licence to host, back up, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (and for people you share with).
Do not upload or store credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials in notes, attachments, or any other field. The Service is not a payment processor and is not designed to hold that information.
Also avoid uploading illegal content, malware, or material that infringes others’ rights.
Sharing
If you invite someone to a trip by email, they must sign in to Tripzuu with that same email address to open it. You control permission and can revoke access. We are not responsible for access by people you invite, or anyone who obtains an invite link or password you distributed.
Data protection & limitation of liability
We take reasonable steps to protect accounts and data (see the Privacy Policy). However, no online service can be guaranteed secure against every breach, outage, or failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- JetStream Labs is not liable for loss or disclosure of data arising from cyber attacks, hosting failures, unauthorised access despite reasonable precautions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not liable for travel decisions, missed flights, booking errors, or losses stemming from information shown in the Service.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero if the Service is free).
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Do not abuse uploads, spam share/email features, scrape the Service at scale, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. Nothing here limits non-excludable consumer rights that apply to you.
